Guidelines For Abstract And Poster Submission
Submit Abstarct
The abstract should be limited to only one A4 typed page in single space using Times New Roman font size 12 points,
with top and bottom margins of 1.5" & 1" respectively. The title should be in capital letters, 12 points bold Times New Roman font without
any non standard abbreviations. The name of authors should be typed in regular font size, 12. Please underline the
name of presenting author.
Word limit: max. 400 words including the title and authors names and affiliations. The abstract will be
reproduced exactly as submitted by the authors. The abstract should be e-mailed as attachment (MS word format) to
conferencesbspgi@gmail.com or by post (one hard copy and one soft
copy in CD) to Dr. Shivesh Sharma, Organizing Secretary, Department of Microbiology, Sardar Bhagwan Singh Post
Graduate Institute of Biomedical Sciences and Research, Balawala, Dehradun 248161(U.A) or can be submitted online (link for online submission at the bottom of page)
The Abstract should be an informative document in content and meaning. It should include objectives, methods,
results and significance.
Poster display area: 60 X 90 cm. stating title, name and address of the author, short introduction, method
and material, results and conclusions. Necessary materials for poster display will be provided.
IMPORTANT: The participants are encouraged to submit the abstract online in given format on
