Travel and Accomodation
The conference will not be able to provide financial assistance for travel or hotel expenses.
However, reasonably priced accommodation is available in and around the Institute's premises on
request and extra payment which should be sent along with the registration fee in the form of Demand draft
in favour of "Conference Microbial Diversity" payable at any nationalized bank in Dehradun and should
reach the Organizing Secretary by 20 Feb, 2007.

Terms and conditions
Reservations are fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please indicate your choice of hotel category from the above mentioned list. The rooms would be resrved in your
preferred category, based on availablity. In all case accomodation fee once paid is not refundable.
Organizers will not be responsible for providing assistance or mediation for Hotel Cancellation Fees.
All reservations will be done only against the 100% payment of the amount for the number fo days of stay at
the choice of hotel category selected.
